This index serves Florida operators. We collect what we need to run the desk, we license compilations of public business records, and we do not sell a person's email or search log.
The controlling text is English. Florida law governs this desk.

Orlando Businesses is built for Florida operators. Accounts, mail, claims, and privacy requests require a Florida ZIP (32000 to 34999). We do not offer a consumer product to California, the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland. Crawlers still read the public index so search and LLM discovery work. Interactive data collection does not.
Florida law that actually touches this desk: the Florida Information Protection Act (notice after a breach that risks financial harm), CAN-SPAM for mail, and the Florida Digital Bill of Rights if we ever hit its large-platform thresholds. We honor access, correction, deletion, and sale opt-out now, without waiting on a billion-dollar trigger.

Entity name, status, registered agent, address, category, certifications drawn from Sunbiz-style public files and owner claims.
This is the index. Public records are not a secret consumer file.
As long as the listing is in the compilation, with a quarterly refresh.
Desk intent
Searches, saved listings, claimed rows, lead forms, product requests.
Show relevant corridors, remember saves, and route Harborline or ads follow-up.
24 months, or until a delete request.
First-party telemetry
Path, referrer, language, coarse country/region, session id. No precise GPS. No third-party ad pixels by default.

How it improves the desk

What we may license
- Compiled public-record business listings (name, status, city, trade) as a licensed data pull.
- Aggregated counts: how many late LLCs in Osceola, how many WOSB rows in Orange.
- Advertising inventory on this index.
- De-identified corridor reports with no personal emails attached.
What we will not do
- Sell a person's email, search log, or session to a consumer data broker.
- Buy consumer dossiers from brokers to append onto people who only searched the index.
- Run precise location, face, or voice capture.
- Put third-party ad cookies on the page until a Florida advertiser contract says so, and then only with an opt-out.
- Keep children's accounts. This desk is for operators.
Public records, not a consumer broker
- We are not a consumer data broker.
- We compile Florida public business records (Sunbiz-style files, municipal BTR guidance, owner claims).
- A licensed insights export is a business compilation, not a sale of consumer personal data.
- If a Florida resident opts out of sale, we do not license any row that still identifies that person.
- FDBR's $1B controller threshold does not currently cover this desk. We still honor access, correction, deletion, and sale opt-out because that is how a Florida-first index should run.
Your moves
